Neil Hyde started Hyde Telecom in 2000 with 18 years of telecommunication and business experience and a vision of providing quality products, service, support and expertise to our customers. We currently have offices in Urbandale, Cedar Rapids and Fort Dodge.
In 2008, Doug Postel became Neil's business partner bringing another 26 years of telecommunication experience to Hyde Telecom. Our technical staff averages 15+ years in the industry and our project managers average 10+ years experience. These top-notch professionals ensure we deliver both value and satisfaction to each customer.
Neil has had a relationship with our flagship manufacturer, Mitel, since 1986. We are an exclusive business partner with Mitel today.
